Miami-based Javalution Coffee Company announced yesterday that its wholly owned subsidiary, CLR Roasters, has entered into a contract to supply Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Double Eagle Coffee Service. The contract calls for a minimum purchase commitment of 50,000 pounds of various coffees.
Ernesto Aguila, president of the Javalution’s roasting division, said, “This new contract pushes our Office Coffee Service Business over the $1,000,000 mark on an annualized basis. We are proud to expand CLR’s account base by roasting for good quality, reputable operators like Double Eagle.”
Dave Briskie, Javalution’s CEO, added, “We believe the OCS (Office Coffee Service) market has great potential and we are pleased that this new contract will put another one of our business units over the million dollar mark.”
The company expects to start shipping product to Double Eagle in July 2011.
