Western Brewery Adds Espresso to Make Coffee Porter

Grand Teton Coffee PorterA renowned craft brewery based in Victor, Idaho, has introduced a special reserve beer that includes more than a pound of coffee beans per barrel from a regional roaster.

Imperial Coffee Porter, featuring triple-certified espresso beans from Cafe Ibis Coffee Roasting company in Logan, Utah, officially debuts as part of the Grand Teton Brewery’s “Cellar Reserve” line on Friday. The brewery chose the Ibis beans while seeking a dark roast has caramel sweetness with hints of chocolate and nuts, and a smooth clean finish.

Cafe Ibis specializes in Triple Certified, Organic, Fair Trade, and Smithsonian Shade Grown “Bird-Friendly” coffees from around the world.
