Intelligentsia’s Monadnock Coffee Bar
Growing Chicago coffee roaster Intelligentsia may be opening a new location in the heart of the city’s Logan Square neighborhood.
While Intelligentsia has not confirmed the new location, Eater Chicago is reporting that a company source said the new location will be ”something a little different, something we’re really excited about.”
Intelligentsia currently operates seven coffee bars (four in Chicago and three in Los Angeles), as well as a roasting facility in each city and training labs in Chicago in Atlanta.
