Milwaukee’s Valentine Coffee Roasters to Open Tasting Room

A Milwaukee roastery that recently moved to a new west side facility plans to open a “tasting room,” playing to the wine tasting experience of the owners and their business partner.

Valentine Coffee Roasters moved its operations to 5918 W. Vliet St. in August and, according to a Mailwaukee Tap report, the four-year-old roastery hopes to have the tasting room open in the spring, serving pour-over coffees as well as espresso drinks.

Valentine’s business has been mainly wholesale thus far, selling its coffee to restaurants and through grocery stores, but also selling coffee by the cup (or pound) directly to shoppers at area farmers markets.
