La Colombe Torrefaction Founder Explains Bottled Coffee Process

In this video, Todd Carmichael, the co-founder of La Colombe Torrefaction, a Philadelphia-based specialty coffee roaster that also operates cafes in New York and Chicago, explains the cold-press process used for La Colombe’s bottled coffee.

Using La Colombe’s Corsica blend, the 12-ounce bottles sell in two-packs for $6 retail, and the roaster recommends pouring the coffee over ice, or incorporating it into desserts or mixed drinks.
