Kalita Wave Series
Kalita, the Japanese specialty coffee products company with a Kalita-USA division operated by San Francisco’s Wrecking Ball Coffee Roasters, is planning a North American Tour, Dec. 3-14.
The tour will show off the company’s Wave Series of products, and it will include a seminar on advanced coffee brewing theory (featuring Wrecking Ball’s Nick Cho) and a lesson on Japanese coffee culture and history from Mayu Ono of Kalita Japan. Here’s the full tour schedule:
