Tampa’s Joffrey’s is Disney’s First Specialty Coffee Sponsor

Tampa, Fla.-based coffee roastery Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea has become the first specialty coffee company in Disney’s Coporate Alliance sponsorship category. Although the company has been running coffee kiosks on Disney properties since 1995, a new agreement will mean Joffrey’s coffees will be supplying Walt Disneyworld Resort, Disneyland Resort and Disney Vacation Club properties, as well as numerous other disney restaurants and hotels.

The company says it will also be developing unique blends of specialty grade arabica just for Disney properties, and that its coffees will be promoted to Disney guests through an extensive on-site retail network and catalogues.

“We are thrilled to be creating unique coffee blends exclusively for Disney guests,” Chris de Mezzo, Joffrey’s Roastmaster and COO, said in an announcement of the agreement.  “After all, a Disney vacation is like none other, so the coffee that Disney guests drink should be like none other, as well.”
