Brookly, N.Y.-based RealBeanz, the makers of iced coffee drinks infused with natural vitamins, has reached a distribution agreement with Pennsauken, N.J.-based Honickman Group that is expected to dramatically increase the drinks’ presence on the east coast.
RealBeanz drinks can already be found nationwide at select upscale grocery stores, including many Whole Foods locations, but this is the three-year-old company’s largest distribution deal to date. Honickman plans to help the company expand in markets including Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Washington D.C.
“We are very excited that we are working with The Honickman Group,” Serge Freund, co-founder and president of RealBeanz, said in an announcement of the deal. “They have proven time and time again they know how to build brands in their markets. As our new distributor, we believe that The Honickman Group will be the perfect fit for RealBeanz and continue to get us a bigger market share on the east coast.”
The company describes its flavored coffee drinks as “richly indulgent beverages created with premium brewed coffee” and reduced-fat milk.
