Craft-Centric House Roots Pop-Up Debuts in Valencia

House Roots Coffee, a new pop-up espresso bar concept working local food vendors and craft vendors, made its debut in Valencia in California’s Santa Clarita Valley this past weekend.

Serving espresso drinks using beans from Portland’s Heart Roasters, as well as a cold brew and coffee pour-overs, the House Roots team also worked with nearby vendors, including L.A-based Cafe Dulce, Ricky’s Fish Tacos, Sweet Clementines Popsicles and Funklafel.

Friend of Daily Coffee News Amparo Rios — who happens to live nearby and with open arms welcomes a new high-end pop-up to the area — was on hand to shoot the event (check out more of Amparo’s fantastic photography work here).
