The team at CoffeeChemistry.com (the name explains itself) has launched the first in a series of infographics exploring “what’s in your cup.” For the opener, the team examines caffeine, citric acid, chlorogenic acid and phenols, adding that those components of coffee are only scratching “the surface of coffee’s composition.”
