Full City Rooster, a brand new micro roastery in downtown Dallas run by Michael Wyatt, is celebrating its official launch this Saturday, from 3-6 p.m.
Wyatt describes the roastery as sustainably minded in every way, from sourcing Fair Trade and Rain Forest Alliance certified coffees from “socially responsible farms” to roasting with an efficient new Loring roaster. The Cedars-area roastery will join a short list of micro roasteries relative to the massive size of the Dallas/Fort Worth market.
The Full City Rooster opening party will take place at the roastery at 1810 S. Akard, including music from DJ EzEddieD, who boasts the second longest-running hip hop radio show in the country on Dallas’ KNON Radio.
