Nov. 23 saw the debut of an exciting new specialty coffee event in Lithuania known as Dark Times.
Organized by Emanuelis Ryklys of Old Town Vilnius’s roastery and retail shop Crooked Nose & Coffee Stories, the event included seminars from Northern European professionals in a range of fields within the coffee supply chain in the city’s Galerija Vartai. Ryklys even presented his own pour over brewing creation, while other seminars included lessons on botany, glassware and cuppings.

Wow, awesome photos! If I had known about this I would have been there, it’s a short train ride away from where I’m currently sitting. I need to find ways to better connect with the European coffee chain, especially Northern and Eastern Europe.
