The third and final U.S. regional barista and Brewer’s Cup championships, The Big Western kicks off today at Lot 13 in Los Angeles. The event follows the Big Central and Big Eastern events, and qualifying competitors from all three regionals will move on to compete at the U.S. Barista Championships and Brewers Cup at the SCAA Event in Seattle in April.
