Ooh, you fancy, Todd Carmichael.
The co-founder of Philadelphia-based La Colombe, Carmichael was recently spotted in Paris on location for a filming of the Travel Channel’s “Dangerous Grounds.”

French actor and comedian Thierry Stein captured Carmichael and others in the La Colombe crew setting up a pop-up outside The Louvre in Paris with the company’s red H truck, with an attached trailer carrying a drum roaster. The brew crew served up some complimentary espressos, Chemex-brewed coffees and milk-based drinks before Carmichael and Michelin-starred chef Laurent Manrique took in a little cooking demo from chef Daniel Rose at his Paris bistro Spring
