Registration just opened for the 2025 United States National Coffee Association annual convention, which is taking place at the Marriott Marquis in Houston next March 6-8.

The trade association — whose membership includes many of the largest roasting, manufacturing, trading and allied companies in the U.S. coffee industry — expects to attract more than 700 executives and other professionals to the event, according to a recent press release.

“As a key port city and gateway for green coffee, Houston is the perfect place to bring together the coffee community — from across the supply chain — for business connections and important conversations on the current state of our industry,” NCA President and CEO Bill Murray said in the announcement. “Houston is a city with a rich coffee history, and we look forward to meeting there in March.”

Incidentally, the flagship trade show of the Specialty Coffee Association is also taking place in Houston in the Spring of 2025, on April 25-27.

While that show is geared toward a broader audience, attracting more than 10,000 people annually, the NCA Convention remains geared more towards executives and larger U.S. businesses. According to the organization, C-suite executives comprised 39% of the 2024 convention attendance in Nashville.

Keynote speakers lined up for the 2025 convention include: Cheryl Hung of Dig Insights, the market research firm behind the NCA’s biannual National Coffee Data Trends report;  Scott Clemons of Brown Brothers Harriman; and NCA President Murray.

An awards luncheon will recognize the 2025 recipients of the NCA Distinguished Leadership Award, the NCA Volunteer of the Year Award, and the NCA Origin Charity of the Year Award.

Early bird registration, which runs through Nov. 21, is available here.
