High-end coffee production company Ninety Plus announced an exclusive U.S. distribution agreement with Arizona-based business-to-business specialist Coffee Support.

Coffee Support plans to release several green coffee offerings from Ninety Plus beginning in November. The terms of the distribution agreement were not disclosed.

Ninety Plus was founded by Wisconsin native Joseph Brodsky in Ethiopia in 2006, and a year later expanded to Western Panama, where it now oversees more than 1,000 hectares. The company has been a key actor in the development and popularity of high-end Gesha-variety coffee from Panama, while supplying coffees to numerous barista champions and conducting nano-lot auctions resulting in astronomic prices.

“Coffee Support is among the best coffee roasting, packing, and logistics operations I’ve seen,” Brodsky said in a press release yesterday. “It is the perfect partnership to deliver to and support fans of Ninety Plus in the United States.”

Notably, Coffee Support CEO and Owner Jason Kyle is also the co-owner of Phoenix-based Press Coffee Roasters, which just bought a 70-hectare farm of its own in Western Panama.

Kyle, a former NFL player who first invested in Press Coffee in 2015, founded Coffee Support in 2020, opening a 4,000-square-foot roastery, cold brewing and co-packing production center in Phoenix.

Coffee Support has also continuously offered green coffee sourcing services for business-to-business (B2B) roasting clients. The company is currently taking inquiries into Ninety Plus offerings through its website.

“We are thrilled to be able to represent and distribute Ninety Plus, one of the world’s leading specialty coffee companies that has been transforming the industry since its inception,” Kyle said in an announcement shared by Ninety Plus. “Ninety Plus cultivates coffees that move you — creating flavorful and memorable experiences.”
