November 1, 2012 – Atlantic City, NJ. Starfish Junction Productions, producer of the Coffee and Tea Festival Atlantic City has confirmed that the festival scheduled to be held November 3-4, 2012 at Bally’s Atlantic City has been postponed due to the lasting impact of Hurricane Sandy. No new date has been announced.
“After great deliberation with the venue staff at Bally’s Atlantic City and the event production staff here at Starfish Junction, we have decided that due to the significant safety concerns and travel obstacles created by Hurricane Sandy it is in the best interest of everyone involved to postpone the Coffee and Tea Festival,” said Kristyn Noren, event manager at Starfish Junction. “By doing this we will ensure that everyone involved, including our partners, sponsors, volunteers, and attendees will be safe,” she added.
According to Noren, no new date has been set but she expects to make an announcement within the next few weeks. Announcements and updates will be posted to the event’s website, Facebook page and via select media outlets.
“We know that this hurricane has devastated many in our host community and throughout the northeast. We wish all the businesses and homeowners impacted by Hurricane Sandy a swift and full recovery.
