Seattle’s newest coffee roasting company, Slate Coffee Roasters, is readying for its second public appearance, at the La Marzocco USA Headquarters (1553 NW Ballard Way, Seattle) tomorrow as part of the ongoing “Roaster’s Showcase” series.
The Friday morning series allows roasters to show off their coffees in any number of ways, La Marzocco says, such as simple cuppings, tasting pairings or beverage flights. Slate’s program will be called “The Modern Menu.” Check out the Facebook event page for more.
The next roaster in the series will be Portland Roasting Company (Friday, Nov. 9)
