Several West coast coffee experts recently shared their thoughts on the large and intricate subject of coffee and sustainability, and host CUESA (Center for Urban Education about Sustainable Agriculture) has released the full audio.
The panel discussion, held at CUESA’s San Francisco headquarters, was moderated by Hanna Neuschwander (author of Left Coast Roast: A guide to the Best Coffee and Roasters from San Francisco to Seattle) and included environmental scientist and Confronting the Coffee Crisis author Christopher Bacon, Blue Bottle quality control manager Stephen Vick, and Verve Coffee Roasters‘ Colby Barr.
