Cuvee Coffee, a Texas Hill Contry Roastery that has helped progress the specialty coffee scene in Austin and beyond since opening 1998, has opened its first retail location.
The company’s coffee bar, inside the Salt and Time Butcher Shop location at 1912 E 7th St. in East Austin, features a pared down coffee drink menu composed of seven items, according to a recent Zagat report. Cuvee, which maintains a focus on direct trade relationships for single-origin and estate coffees, supplies roasted beans to retailers, coffee bars and restaurant in five states, including dozens of clients in Texas.
