In collaboration with local chef Andrew Burke (Hawker Stall), Green soft-launched the Scout & Company bar this week with coffees from George Howell, Blue Bottle

, Coava and Heart. The shop is located at 237 North Ave. in the Packard Lofts apartment building. Atop the reclaimed wood bar is a Strada espresso machine with multiple Mazzer grinders.

Primarily a coffee and espresso bar, the business will also have a heavy emphasis on ice cream when the food program rolls out in full later this Spring. Baked goods are currently coming from Misery Loves Company Bakeshop in Winooski.
