Unpacking Coffee with Kandace and Ray: Roseline Coffee Roasters

In this week’s Unpacking Coffee, Kandace and Ray meet with Marty Lopes of Roseline Coffee Roasters in their home base of Portland, Ore.

A former barista at multiple Portland cafés, Lopes launched the Roseline roastery in 2012 with a 1.5-kilo Proaster, eventually scaling up to a 10-kilo model as the budding wholesale business grew. We recently interviewed Lopes to discuss the company’s upgraded production space, including a QC and education lab.
