Five new World Coffee Champions were crowned this past weekend in Milan, Italy, with winners hailing from Italy, Poland, South Korea, Austria and the United Arab Emirates.
Produced by World Coffee Events and sanctioned by the Specialty Coffee Association, the five global coffee competitions brought scores of national champions together for three days of competition in conjunction with Europe’s largest annual coffee trade show, World of Coffee.

I am from Padua New Guinea and a farmer myself.
I wonder why no coffee producer country is involved in this event. Quality assurance in producing countries will improve quality from source or origin of coffee add monitory value to the crop and reward farmers and enable farmers to reinvest in increasing quality coffee production.
Prazado Anis, ha sim muitos produtores de cafe, inclusive pequenos como os que foram aqui do sul de Minas , do Brasil.
