The Specialty Coffee Association is bringing its flagship European coffee trade show, World of Coffee, to Copenhagen in 2024.
Taking place June 27-29, the 2024 event will include a large trade expo alongside a wealth of educational programming, as well as three of the SCA’s global coffee championship events: World Latte Art, World Latte in Good Spirits, and World Coffee Roasting.
As the SCA continues to expand its event reach beyond its home markets of the United States and Europe, the World of Coffee Copenhagen event will be one of three WOC events on the group’s busy calendar next year. World of Coffee Dubai is scheduled to run Jan. 21-23, and the inaugural World of Coffee Busan (South Korea) is scheduled for May 1-4.
The announcement of the Copenhagen event comes in advance of the World of Coffee event taking place next week in Athens, Greece.
In an announcement of the Copenhagen event, SCA CEO Yannis Apostolopoulos said, “A global leader in culture, quality of life, sustainability, and the arts, the Danish capital is also renowned for its refined specialty coffee culture and approach to business, technology, design and trade.”
Austrian water treatment systems provider BWT is acting as host sponsor of the Copenhagen event.
