Chicagoland coffee company Brewpoint Coffee and oat milk company Ghost Town Oats are hosting a free coffee innovation pitch event during the upcoming SCA Expo.
Taking place at a west side food incubator campus called the Hatchery (map link) on the evening of Friday, April 12, the event called “Elevating Dreams Erasing Divides” is designed to “spotlight cutting-edge products and services within the specialty coffee industry, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship,” according to the organizers.
The event is free with registration on a first-come-first-served basis. Drinks, food and entertainment will all be available.
According to the event description, the pitches during the event will be delivered by “creative entrepreneurs who have developed products and services within the specialty coffee industry.”
“Members of leadership teams from coffee companies, management personnel, investors with a curiosity about the coffee industry, and other business-related professionals are welcome,” the organizers state.
