Milwaukee’s rapidly growing Alterra Coffee Roasters is planning to open a 15th retail coffee shop, in the city’s trendy Third Ward warehouse district.
The design of the approximately 2,000-square-foot coffee shop, led by local The Kubala Washatko Architects, Inc., takes advantage of an open streetscape and large sidewalk-area, including large operable panels connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces, as well as ample bike parking.
